Your Reviv Blankets are finally on the way!!
Before we dive into the good stuff, we’d like to extend our deepest apologies one more time for the logistics delays we’ve encountered along the way. Most recently, we found that a slight difference between the Backerkit system and our fulfillment center system required us to match all backers’ orders for successful transfer into their system. We also encountered an IT glitch on our fulfillment center side that set us back a few more days.
BUT...on to the good news! Despite all the hurdles along the way, we are super happy to let you know that we’ve started SHIPPING Reviv to your homes.
We’ve initiated with approximately 100 shipments per day to test out the system, and we will continue to send out blankets to ALL of you.
Some of you will have received a shipment confirmation already (this will look something like the image below).
A few extra things to note:
- Once your shipment is out of our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from [email protected]. In this email, you’ll find your order ID and tracking number.
- This confirmation email may go into your Spam Box, so please do double-check there.
- Many of you will be receiving your blankets this week! Please do let us know that you received your order and send some feedback our way by commenting on our Kickstarter Page. We’re hoping you all LOVE your blankets, but we also welcome any feedback you may have on how we can improve Reviv in the future.
Lastly, we would like to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for being a part of this journey. We apologize again that our team has taken longer than expected, and we thank you all for all your patience and support.

Hi Reviv community,
Our team would like to extend our gratitude to all backers for your patience and support. We’ve received a lot of messages and comments about the delivery, and we completely understand your frustration. Here’s a quick update on our current progress:
-All the blankets have cleared customs, and our team is working diligently with our fulfillment partners to get your orders ready for shipment.
-Many of you have shared your frustration in regards to the delivery delay, and we would like to extend our deepest apologies. Because this is our first time handling a big shipment, we are taking a little more time to ensure everything is done right. This includes executing a quality control protocol to check each Reviv Blanket to make sure no damages occurred during the first phase of shipment. As we mentioned in our last update, although this process has been far from perfect so far, we want to make sure we execute each step diligently to create a better protocol and avoid making the same mistakes in our future shipments.
-Many international backers have inquiries in regards to customs. We are setting up logistics to make sure you don’t have to pay for customs.
-As of now, we are constantly in contact with our fulfillment center and we expect we will be ready to ship out the Reviv Blankets to our backers by this coming week. Please rest assured that your blankets WILL be delivered in the near future.
Lastly, our team would like to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for being part of this journey. We apologize again for the delays and inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your patience and support.

Arrived! Here’s what to expect next.

We have great news for you today!
Our first big shipment has FINALLY arrived at the port, and our team is actively working with our forwarding and fulfillment partners to streamline customs clearance and transportation of the blankets to their respective warehouses.
The bottom line? We’re almost there!!
Today, we’re working with our forwarding and customs broker to finalize the last little details, like administrative paperwork for customs clearance. We expect customs clearance to take up to 2 weeks, and then we’ll be able to pick up all the containers for delivery to the warehouses!
We do our best to be a step ahead, but as we mentioned in our last update, we do have to coordinate with other several other companies during this process (from suppliers to forwarders and customs brokers). We’ve learned a lot during this experience, and we’re confident we’ll be able to create a more streamlined logistics operation and a stronger foundation moving forward.
Once the containers are picked up from the port, our manufacturing partners estimate it will take up to 10-15 days to set up and organize everything, then we’ll start SHIPPING blankets!
We do ask one last time for your patience because this process can be very tedious and we want to make sure all the orders are properly packed for shipping to your home.
Once your package is sent out, you’ll receive a confirmation tracking number from our system (and you can bet we’ll be doing a happy dance when those begin to go out).
We’ve now locked the addresses on your surveys. If you receive an email from BackerKit asking for details, please complete ASAP so we can ensure your Reviv Blanket is sent to the correct destination.
Lastly, we’ve been receiving emails from many backers who have not completed their surveys. If you did not receive any survey or you can’t find your survey, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Our team will work closely with you and assist you with any questions.

Progress Update!

Hi Reviv Community,
We have an exciting progress update for you today, and we’d also like to take a moment to address some of the questions we’ve been receiving from you, our backers.
First and foremost, we’re thrilled to announce that our first mass production run left our factory last on April 20th!
According to our forwarding company, that means shipments should arrive at our fulfillment centers by the week of May 20th, and our fulfillment centers will then start moving at full-speed to ensure your Reviv Blanket arrives on your doorstep ASAP.
We do our best to be proactive as a team and to always give you, our loyal supporters, the most up-to-date information possible. However, we are also dependent on the companies we work with and have to compromise with their schedules to ensure everything works logistically.
As you know, we have been met with unexpected challenges along the way. But we have worked hard to pull through and resolve the issues to the best of our abilities.
Many of you have gone above and beyond to show our team support during this time, and we can’t thank you enough for your patience and consideration. The Kickstarter is a community of hard-working start-ups devoted to making their dreams come true with the help of backers like you. Even if we do our best to take into account every possible detail, many unknown and uncontrollable factors can emerge (as we have experienced first-hand).
While this platform is an amazing place for start-ups to make their mark, please kindly understand we are not coming from a regular E-commerce platform where products are ready made and ready to ship.
Last but not least, we would like to remind you to revisit your survey (if necessary) and make any final changes to your delivery address—as we will soon lock-in responses and start preparing for the final stages of shipment with our fulfillment centers.
We are extending this notice for another week from this update, and we ask for your cooperation to help make things as smooth as possible. If you need help with your survey, please kindly reach out to our team here on Kickstarter.

First of all, a huge thanks for all your patience and support. It means a lot to us these past few months!
Fortunately, today we have amazing news to share with you...We’re in the home stretch!
We’re VERY happy to announce that our first mass production of the Reviv Blanket has been completed.
That means our Reviv Blankets will be on their way to our warehouses by April 20th, 2019.
As you know, we’ve met with our fair share of challenges along the way. But we’re looking forward to smooth sailing from here on out! Our manufacturing partners have put in a lot of hard work to ensure an amazing end result, and we couldn’t be happier with how the blankets have turned out.
Lastly, we’d like to give everyone notice to revisit their surveys and make any final delivery address changes (if necessary) within the next two weeks.
After this period, we will lock-in all delivery addresses to give to our fulfillment partners as they prepare the logistics needed for the final step...SHIPPING!
We’ll be sure to keep you in the loop over the next couple of weeks as we accelerate towards the home stretch. In the meantime, thanks again for your superstar support. You all rock, and we couldn’t have done this without you!
