Hi Reviv-ers,
Several of you have been asking for a sneak peek behind-the-scenes at our Reviv blankets as we put the finishing touches on our production process—and your wish is our command!
Here’s how things are shaping up:
We think you’ll love how silky soft our Lyocell Bamboo fabric has turned out, and how beautifully the quality is coming together.
When you’re cuddling under your new blanket in the coming weeks, we do hope you’ll forgive us for our unforeseen production delays!
Speaking of which...we have an updated timeline for you:
Our blankets are now scheduled to leave the factory and head off to their new homes by the second week of April.
As you can see, we’ve made MAJOR progress on the production front, and we’re starting to get really excited for shipping day.
We’ll continue to update you, and we’re looking forward to smooth sailing from here on out.

Hi Reviv Community,
Thanks for being so involved over the past few months! We appreciate all your questions, and especially your eagerness to start snoozing with your Reviv Blanket!
A couple of quick things to clarify where we are in our process and what you can expect next:
Firstly, we’ve had a very small number of backers who have requested a refund, and we’ve granted those requests to date. However, please note that between now and delivery we will not be able to grant any more refund requests. This is because those funds have actively been paid to our manufacturing partners to fulfill all orders and ensure the logistics of shipping, delivery, and taxes. Post-delivery, our return policy will go back to normal!
Secondly, we understand that you want your blankets ASAP, but we just wanted to explain why it’s so important we do take these additional few weeks:
During the manufacturing process, testing and finalizing the sample for production is very important, because your Reviv Blanket will be the exact duplicate of these final samples. When inspecting these samples, our team must be very thorough--from color to craftsmanship--to make sure everyone gets the best quality Reviv Blankets we can possibly produce. If there are mistakes that we feel jeopardize quality, we must address the issue.
The bottom line is that we’d rather focus on delivering the high-quality Reviv Blankets we promised you than compromise on quality to stick to our original timeline.
With all that being said, we’re still on pace to hit our updated timeline! We’re shooting to ship your blankets from our factory by the middle of March 2019, and our team will do the best we can to move forward full speed ahead without sacrificing on quality.
