Hi Reviv Community,
Thanks for sticking with us through this process. Today, we wanted to send you a quick update on our shipping and quality control developments.
Firstly, we are happy to say that we have now shipped out over 60% of Reviv Kickstarter orders.
We are working extremely hard to get the rest of the packages out, but at the same time, we have heard your concerns in regards to quality control and logistics. We deeply apologize for any errors made and assure you that your concerns are our concerns.
It was never our intention to stretch the shipment for such a long time, but with your feedback in mind, we think there are some issues we need to address as we ship the rest of the orders.
On our current timeline, we estimate that all US Kickstarter backers will have their blankets in-hand by the end of September/beginning of October, and all international and Indiegogo Backers will receive their blankets by the end of the year.
We appreciate your patience during this time and hope you will hang tight as we fix these issues to ensure your blanket is everything you wanted and more.
We deeply apologize to those of you who have received blankets not up to your expectations. Our team has NOT been happy with what happened, and we are prioritizing the quality control issue to minimize errors. We are also working closely with our manufacturing to correct sizing and dimension inconsistencies and rectify the issue of missing pillowcases.
Our fulfillment center has been happily collaborating with our team to double-check quality and dimensions before each order is sent out. As we mentioned in our previous update, we do understand that everyone wants to receive their Reviv Blankets as soon as possible, but in order to avoid further mistakes, we are taking extra precautions to execute a tighter quality control protocol.
Lastly, in regards to communication, we want to let everyone know we are on top of things and we are doing our best to reply to every inquiry.
Each day we receive over 500 emails, and we just want to let you know that we’ve received your concern and we are fixing everything one by one. Please be patient, and we deeply apologize again that our team has taken longer than promised. Our top priority right now is to make sure you receive your Reviv Blanket safely and in the best quality.

As you may know, shipments are done in batches. As we prepare our next batches for shipment, we are taking care to ensure we are not replicating the same logistics mistakes. This quality control does take time, but we are doing our best to move things along as quickly as possible while ensuring errors are not made.
